What is Mesotherapy?
One of the many services we offer is localized mesotherapy. This treatment is used to reduce stubborn fat and cellulite build up. It employs the use of multiple small injections made up of a mixture of vitamins, amino acids, and medicine. Each mixture is composed based on the patient’s specific health. These injections are placed just millimeters beneath the skin and will break down fat and improve skin tone and texture
Treatment
A consultation will take place before any mesotherapy treatments take place. In this consultation, specific goals will be stated about what the patient wants in terms of goals, and the practitioner will help the patient determine if mesotherapy is right for them. Sometimes, a more invasive procedure may be necessary
Injections are often given two to three times over a period of four to six weeks. The sessions can last 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the area treated. Most people experience no discomfort during the procedure, but a topical anesthetic can be applied before we begin to help with any pain
Once the patient has met his or her goals, they will need maintenance procedures every two to three months.
There is no recovery time associated with mesotherapy treatments. You can continue your normal level of activity immediately after treatment or as soon as you feel comfortable
